[Registered company name] ("we") runs Tranzaq. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Business details and the details of the people who use the Service (name, email, phone, role).

- Payment and ledger records, and an audit log of actions taken in the Service.
- Technical data such as IP address and device, to keep accounts secure.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: funding, payouts, approvals, statements.
- To keep the Service safe: fraud checks, limits and monitoring.
- To meet legal obligations, including business verification (KYB).
How we protect it

Who we share it with
